With a Persona, traffic light buttons disappear (but are still clickable) #247

Probably in the section where we fixed the NSBezierPath problem we should just 
call HIToolbox to redraw them? It seems like they get overdrawn somewhere. 
Cosmetic but distressing.

Hovering them makes them reappear.

HIThemeDrawTitleBarWidget can do this, but it may need some content area 
twiddling that might not be reliable on Leopard. Wontfix for 24; it's fixed for 
Australis, which is the only place it's a major problem.

Actually, reopening, because it turns out the skins problem appears in 29 also 
even with the traffic light buttons fixed in the native skin. But marking low, 
since most people don't seem to care.

This also affects private browsing windows because the skin is different.
