I recommend that we simplify these doc titles as part 1 and 2--or make them obviously sequential titles.

@krisdale |CL| is correct here; however, frankly mr. shankly... , |CL| is not rendering in test build. Will you please check this page after merge? Please confirm attribution worked. It may be nothing, but we should check.

Reorg the WordPress tutorial into one folder. Include basic cleanup (reST formatting, attribution, substitutions)
