No space after ampersand escaped characters in XML

Following the discussion on PR #45.

Referring to https://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-xml-20081126/#syntax
In that document, the authors always put spaces before and after double quote signs, so we should ignore these spaces.
Look at other sentences like:

The string " AT&T; " expands to " AT&T; " and the remaining ampersand is not recognized as an entity-reference delimiter.
