MPC-HC crashed because you are using an old and buggy version of xy-VSFilter.

Recommended solution:
Use the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC. This will give you better quality subtitles and it is also much more stable.
MPC-HC options > Playback > Output > Subtitle renderer

You should also unregister and remove vsfilter.dll

Newer version of xy-VSFilter:
If you are stubborn and desperately want to use an inferior filter, then you can download a newer and better version of xy-VSFilter here:
xy-VSFilter 3.2.0.806 64-bit
xy-VSFilter 3.2.0.806 32-bit

An easy way to disable/unregister is with Codec Tweak Tool: (Codec and Filter Management > DirectShow)
