Explore logs alongside metrics

etop currently collects exporter metrics; it does not ingest or display logs.

This proposal is for an optional log view with time, severity and label filters, plus a way to move from a metric investigation to related log entries. The source remains open for discussion: an OTLP receiver, an existing log backend, or an explicitly supplied file. It would not silently read local or remote system logs.
