camelCase should be clarified as "UpperCamelCase"

I was very confused when I thought I was using camelCase and I was getting errors about it...

I think the more common name for the upper case variant is Pascal Case.

Pascal Case would require a lot of people to google it. UpperCamelCase is self describing. So, it would be a bit of a sacrifice of correctness for simplicity.
