1. Primary Goal: To facilitate the direct exchange of secondhand textbooks within a university campus, avoiding shipping costs
2. Primary Audience: University students who want to buy and sell used textbooks for their classes
3. CRUD Operations:
   • Create:
     • Add universities to directory (school name, location)
     • Add textbook listings to catalogue (textbook name, subject, condition, price, pick-up location, etc.)
   • Read:
     • Retrieve universities from database
     • Retrieve textbook listings and descriptions from database
   • Update:
     • Edit existing textbook listings
   • Delete:
     • Remove textbook listings when books are sold
4. Additional Feature: Commenting/rating system to review sellers
