@kenowens12 and a bunch of other folks have done excellent work on a reference architecture:
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1uMw2wkK0ubmc3khxqIuxK_rLK_wN89tNCnK7gDmTGR8/edit#slide=id.g15843037bc_2_6

The last TOC meeting there was a request to call a vote to approve and finalize this.

@kenowens12 there seems to be a comment from @bgrant0607 there on Provisioning that hasn't be replied to, once that is done I'll call for a formal vote to have the reference architecture approved

@caniszczyk @kenowens12 I resolved comments, including the provisioning one, that look like they'd been addressed. I did add one last set of comments and questions, though, on slide 7, with regards to resource management.

Can someone explain on slide 8 what is meant by provisioning layer? I'm assuming this is everything that installs or prepares an operating system for the top 3 layers but I'm not sure why that is in scope for the CNCF. This is a very broad list and IMO has no specifics on being cloud native.

After looking at the landscape again I understand what products/projects are in this space but I'm still not sure why they would be included as part of CNCF as there doesn't seem to be anything particularly cloud native about them except some of them can create infrastructure on a provider.
