Update/sq10 support

Proposed changes

Update the plugin to support SQ10. It will be release only for the LTA, but this draft is a working base to rely on.
It can be used, but be aware of issues

Issues closed by changes

• Close Have an expiry for the Sonar Auth Tokens, when the plugin creates one for the user #367
