Additional details

There's a conflicting information on the section that outlines Azure instances.

The first paragraph recommends using D-series instances:

Use general-purpose Dsv5-series and Dasv5-series...

But then there's a warning just below that recommends avoiding D-series instances:

... and irregular disk performance on D-series VMs, so we recommend avoiding those as well.
