This application is for keeping track of all your exercises for motivation to keep fit. This application comes with a dashboard to keep track of your progress and it will display the last seven exercises you had. It is believed that when users are able to track your progress, they are more likely to succeed and maintain their exercise routine.

Here are some features of this application.
- user can add new exercises
- continue workout with selection from resistance or cardio
- track the distance for cardio exercises
- track total weights for resistence exercises
- stats page for the last 7 exercises to keep track of your progress
