Incorrect Validation Error is displayed For Legal Representative Phone Number Input

Preconditions:
User must be logged in as Super-Admin or Admin on the "Informații legale" tab.

As is:
The input "Telefon" displays "Numărul de telefon al reprezentantului legal este obligatoriu." error when more than 15 characters are entered.

As is should be:
The input "Telefon" should display "Numărul de telefon nu poate avea mai mult de 15 caractere" error when more than 15 characters are entered.
