Preconditions:
The user must be logged in on "Informații legale" tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

Resize the browser window until overflow like 660x520
Scroll to the right
Open the tab dropdown menu
Select a tab

Expected Results:
4. The dropdown is closed and the selected tab is displayed.

Actual Results:
4. The dropdown is frozen and the selected tab is displayed.
