We (@khamiltonuk, @Egga and another person whose github handle I don't know) brainstormed a few ways to further improve the codebar events in Berlin this Monday.
One idea was to create a poster that helps with framing an individual workshop towards more mindfulness and generally making sure that new coaches know about the coach guide.
I personally like the guide a lot and think it can be applied to general mentoring outside of codebar as well, so giving them away to the companies hosting an event could double as a gift and as a way to spread the word about codebar in general. An A2 version of the poster is ~10£/€ on vistaprint.
For a first draft (see below), I picked some of the guidelines I deemed important (we did some sorting at the event but I can't remember the exact order) and tried putting them into a poster. I'm neither good at designing, nor am I a native speaker, so I'd appreciate any input any of y'all have about the poster.
