Description
This PR reorganizes the main navigation and adds a new main level link to the How to support us page.
@KimberleyCook as you can see after moving the Blogs item under Community I have broken it out into two menu items (codebar Stories and codebar Blog respectively). I also updated the Donate item so it looks like a button to highlight it.
