Enables a user to view all trips available in the DB
Description of task to be completed
ensure the endpoint below is working
GET /api/v1/trips
How should this be manually tested?
after cloning this repo, whenever a user with a verified token navigates to the above endpoint, the user should get a success response with a list of all trips available in the DB
