refactor(scripts): remove check-component-types.js and optimize-tree-shaking.js

Deleted the `check-component-types.js` and `optimize-tree-shaking.js` scripts to align with the updated architecture and eliminate redundant implementations. The functionality provided by these scripts is either obsolete or replaced by scalable and modular utilities.
