Context: GGRC is a state-funded non-profit serving people with developmental disabilities in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties.

  • ~90% of their clients are on Medi-Cal.
  • Employs ~80 social workers (with 90-100 clients each) who conduct Medi-Cal enrollment activities as well as case management.
  • GGRC is 1 of 21 regional centers across California. If outreach efforts are successful here, activities could easily be replicated across the state.

Great context!

What is our goal for GGRC?

Goals: (and I welcome edits/suggestions)

  1. Train/inform social workers about Clean and/or Connect.
  2. Social workers test these tools and provide feedback, success rate, etc.
  3. Expand usage of these tools.

I'd say there are separate goals for EBT Near Me and Balance, as we'll have
to talk with GGRC and ask whether these tools could be relevant/useful then
probably develop goals from there. Ideally: goals developed with not for
GGRC :)
