RFE JavaScript: loading screen with the app icon and configurable light/dark colors

Motivation

An initial loading screen without an app icon does not identify the application. A white loading page followed by a dark application interface also creates an abrupt and uncomfortable contrast.

The developer guide describes a splash screen containing the app icon and allows customization by editing cn1-splash in the generated HTML. However, the current ParparVM loading template contains the progress indicator and loading text without an icon. I would like project-level configuration that survives subsequent cloud builds.

Proposed behavior

• Show the configured application icon by default, with an option to supply a different loading logo.
• Support configurable background, text and progress-indicator colors for light and dark appearances. Follow the browser/system preference by default, with explicit light-only and dark-only modes for apps that use one appearance.
• Apply the chosen colors from the initial page rendering, while the application code is still downloading, and retain them until the first Form is ready. Avoid an intermediate white page when opening a dark app.
• If an app remembers its own appearance choice, provide a documented way for the loading screen to honor that choice on the next launch, even when it differs from the system preference.
• Expose this through supported build hints or project resources, with current ParparVM documentation, so developers do not have to edit each generated ZIP.
