I have just installed code-server on an ubuntu vm and I installed sqltools and postgresql driver from the marketplace. However, after installing, I cannot click on the add connection button.
I have code-server behind a npm reverse proxy, but I get this issue when connecting directly as well. Seems like this happens for any other sql plugin I install
