Current workarounds are commented below that will be fixed upon upgrading to Karaf 4.2.3.
When upgrading these workarounds should be removed.

@coyotesqrl No they will not be because other contributors can't edit the description. I'm waiting on a PR to get merged to the 2.13.x branch that is a workaround. If that gets forward ported I'll put that PR here.

This upgrade is ultimately blocked by this issue in Jetty :
jetty/jetty.project#3466
While the fix has be added in 9.4.18.v20190429, Pax Web did not catch it until after 7.2.10 was released.

We were unable to force setting the endpointIdentificationAlgorithm inside of a config. As such, we will need to wait for a new release of Pax Web (7.2.11) to complete the upgrade.
