透過 API 來新增流言 #2

現在新增流言的機制是

在 line 與 chatbot 交談，訊息就會進到 airtable
用程式把 airtable 裡的資料寫到資料庫裡

如果有 API 可以對資料庫直接新增資料的話，就可以省去 airtable 這一段。
但相反的，整個編輯流言的網站就要有完整的功能（列出流言、檢視流言與答案、編輯與送出等等），才能正常地收資料。
