The .cyto directory is now created by a postinstall script which copies over the template examples. This way, cyto init only needs to handle prompting the user and copying the example templates into the GTL

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 74.869% when pulling 0a40434 on postInstall into 24784b8 on develop.
