Find source for Azores/Greek islands historical rates #9

The EU PDF only lists current rates for these special regions.
A quick google search can easily find the previous rates, but I'm unsure how to find more detailed information. This is why I've only added Corsican VAT for now.

We should find an official source for the historical rates that goes as far as the French/Portugese/Greek rates (shipped with the module).
