We had similar problems with the MITK dashboard. One workaround was to reorder the ctest_submit(PARTS Configure) and ctest_submit(PARTS Update) calls such that ctest_submit(PARTS Configure) is called first.

Another problem could be that there are two or more ctest_submit(PARTS Build) calls for the same subproject label (CTKDICOMCore). If the second submit reports zero errors, the submission would look like in your screenshot.
