Sickle cell model is now correctly scaled to the correct size compared to RBCs. Also updated documentation and timestep size accordingly
Reintroduced Intercellular Repulsion and Volume Constraints, which are corrective mechanisms to ensure that cells don't intersect each other and that capsule volume is preserved.
