The default MCC tree is always chosen when running TreeAnnotator as GUI.

The CLI -topology argument is not ignored though. However, the default burn-in for the CLI version is 0, but should be 10% to make it consistent with the GUI version and other apps (like LogAnalyser, Tracer, DensiTree, etc.).
