Release with parsed database (MoNA 23-04-2021)

The release includes the database created by parsing all of the available MoNA MSP files as of 23/04/2021. See script mona-23042021.py for parsing details.

Currently includes all MoNA MSP files (as of November 2018) and all of MassBank (from github commit 970cf1e3a89f9107271a6b430e82344d262222bd)
