SOCKS5 Server: Authentication and Network Routing Fixes

The SOCKS5 proxy server has been changed to:

• support user:password authentication (note: SOCKS5 authentication support is not widely available)
• fix server not being accessible on the local subnet

ARMv7 Support

• Built container support for linux/arm/v7 architecture
• Added few sanity checks when running container
• Dockerfile and shell script source consistency changes

New Dante SOCKS5 Server

• Swap out SOCKS5 proxy server from openssh to dante

Initial Prototype Release

Initial experimental release of project - available on Docker Hub or GitHub packages.
