CircleCI not active

I noticed that the Linux packages for Biopython 1.71 are not yet live on https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/biopython/files

Checking https://circleci.com/gh/conda-forge/biopython-feedstock/54 says "Your build was not run - reason code (:no-followers)." and "We did not test this push because nobody is following the project"

I don't seem to have admin rights to conda-forge/biopython-feedstock which may be necessary to enable this over on CircleCI?
