This sorting order doesn't seem to work properly: the active tickets are still sorted by priority, mine in the middle of the others.

Are there really any tickets owned by you? I only see tickets owned by "leo".

This is the second time I try to answer to this ticket, the first answer appears to have vanished somewhere ... Has is something to do with checking the 'reopen' radio button?

So, my comment was:
My mistake! I should have selected option (7)-Tickets I have submitted. However, this one doesn't return any result ... but 'no matches found'.

I have overworked all reports. "My tickets" and "Active tickets, mine first" now behave like you were expecting them.

I'm completely at loss: the only way I can see the current ticket is to select the closed one; "mine" doesn't return anything ...
And the ticket number is not the initial one: the mail I got has #31, and this one is #33.

I did report another problem in the 'ordinary' forum as I got a freezing/aborting problem with the helpdesk.

There is no ticket #31. I have deleted it, because it did not belong here.
