This update improves the Pull/Push performance and UI:

Improves performance of push/pull and minimizes "hang" time during updates
Improves UI to shows progress
Improves push/pull to handle much larger updates
Improves handling libraries and library symbols

Issues / Updates

Fixes imports of libraries and library symbols (Support importing symbols from libraries #132, Sketch hangs if symbol ID from sync is not in Sketch file #127)
Fixes bug causing hanging when searching for a symbol name that doesn't exist (Sketch hangs if symbol ID from sync is not in Sketch file #127)
Improves Push/Pull performance (Pull gets slower with increasing number of pages #131)
