Add Tiny-ImageNet to the benchmarks.

I am finishing the dataset implementation. However, I discovered that Tiny ImageNet has some images with 3 channels, while some others with only 1 channel. How should I manage this? Convert all images to grayscale? Convert all images to RGB?
