Chinese prompts cannot be used for custom commands.

Description

When I wanted to write prompts in Chinese in customCommands in config.json, the big model replied that I did not provide any code snippets. But when I replace the prompt with English, it can correctly implement my requirements.

I'm sure I wrote customCommands in the correct format, and I used ctrl + shift + L to refer to the code snippet.
