Download the ZIP
Extract it
push the 'vpenis.sh' to the phone (you can use 'adb push vpenis.sh /data' for this)
open 'adb shell' to the phone
cd to the data directory (cd /data)
make the script exectuable ( chmod +x vpenis.sh)
run it './vpenis.sh' (don't care about any error it will display)
