This is a smaller release. Notable new features and bug fixes are:

• rpm-ostree now supports adding generic container configs Add generic container configuration #4701
• rpm-ostree now adds padding between dracut's initramfs and random CPIO Support multiple initrd compression formats (non-gzip compression formats currently cause kernel crashes in worst case scenario) #4683
