Describe the bug
Unique constraint is not enforced on IP number in consultation form.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Assign same IP number to consultation of two different user.
Expected behavior
IP Number should be unique

@Omkar76 Good point.

A hospital will give a unique IP for every admission any patient has in the hospital.
You are right.

  • No 2 patients to have same IP (within 1 hospital)
  • No 2 admissions (encounters) per patient or across patients to have the same IP (within 1 hospital)

Sorry if my comment above was confusing.

What I mean was:
Every hospital gives sequence of numbers as IP number to every patient admission. This number is never repeated within the hospital.

For eg:
Hospital A
Patient 1- admitted: IP No. 1
Patient 2- admitted : IP No. 2
Patient 1 - admitted again: IP No. 3

Hospital B
Patient 2- admitted: IP No. 1
Patient 2 admitted again: IP No. 2
Patient X- admitted: IP No. 3
