Create FHIR Data Adapters for Care Patient Data

In order to work towards ABDM M2, we need to create FHIR adapters for the following ABDM FHIR Profiles.

At the time of writing, there are 38 Profiles, and we would likely have to create CRUD operations for each of these profiles.

HIP Usage would require us to enable Read Operations for each of these Profiles.

HIU Usage would likely require us to make Create, Update and Delete Operations for each Profile.
