The vegan package implements many useful ordination techniques for which it would be convenient to at least be able to extract tidy annotated matrix factors and render customizable ggplot2 biplots.

In particular, vegan implements a variety of constrained ordination methods, which suggest the implementation of a separate, e.g., "tbl_cord" class and ggtriplot() function.
