ModuleAccount doesn't support setting sequence

Summary of Bug

On Evmos we need to enable the functionality for a module account to own a contract. For that, we need to retrieve the account nonce and update it on every sequence.

contractAddr := crypto.CreateAddress(types.ModuleAddress, nonce)

Unfortunately, the ModuleAccount doesn't support updating the Sequence. This prevents features like module/governance owned contracts, factory pattern for smart contract instantiation, etc.

You removed SetSequence. How does it solves the problem?

It will use BaseAccount's SetSequence implementation due to the inheritance
