DMG Archiver

Script for non-AppStore version releasing.

1. Archive CotEditor in Xcode.
2. Export a Developer ID-signed Application from the Xcode Organizer.
3. Put the app bundle in the CotEditor directory.
4. Run archive.py: create a DMG file to upload and appcast files.
