Is pillar_2 deprecated?

The column "pillar_2" is N/A for for metadata in /cephfs/covid/bham/results/phylogenetics/latest/beta/metadata

is this an intentional change?

The last date that field was populated was 26th May (by the look of it).

There is now an 'is_pillar_2' field which has y/n bringing this bool column inline with the majora ones.

Ah - where is that? I can only find pillar_2 in the files here - /cephfs/covid/bham/results/phylogenetics/latest/beta/metadata

Oops, will fix tomorrow - was changed in datapipe and not pulled through to phylopipe...
