Preliminary support for SAMADhi. If database informations are present inside the configuration file, and if cross-section or n_gen is not specified, try to query the database for these informations. This suppose that the sample name is specified in the configuration file. If it's needed, I can also add support for the sample id instead of the sample name.
I used sqlpp11 for database access. You'll need to configure the database connection inside your configuration with proper credentials (not included here for obvious reasons :) )
