Use laclib C++17 library for Linear Algebra

This repo helps to bootstrap a project using laclib (and METIS and MUMPS).

Ubuntu/Linux 20.10

First, install laclib according to the instructions in https://github.com/cpmech/laclib

The, run:

./all.bash

VS Code + Docker

Using VS Code, you can simply reopen this folder in a Docker container (Reopen in Container).
