Entry type settings: put the general settings in their own tab
#20214
Split the entry type edit page into three tabs: Settings, Content and Appearance.
The problem
The Content and Appearance tabs already exist, but they sit below a long block of general settings: Name, Handle, Description, label and title formats, and toggles for the Slug, Status, Post Date and Expiry Date fields. On my screen the tabs start about 1,060px down the page, below the fold. Most visits are for the field layout or the card appearance, so you scroll past everything else first, and each new setting makes it worse.
Proposal
Settings: the block that's currently above the tabs.
Content and Appearance: unchanged.
The three tabs sit at the top of the page, so what you want to change is easy to reach without scrolling too much.
