QA for launch
User must be able to create an account.
User must be able to delete an account.
User must be able to upload text based data sets.
Anyone must be able to download data set.
When viewing the page housing the data set, anyone must be able to read the metadata associated with it. Also, the ability to see a user uploaded graph of the data is necessary.
