navigation keys intermittently not working on 8.1.0 #122

version 8.1.0

Fedora
firefox and chromium (latest)

same on both browsers, many worlds, about 50% of the time no keyboard navigation; pgup/down etc. however selecting viewpoint from menu always works.

fixed when a saw a deprecation warning in console log and changed node name; X3DCancas -> x3d-canvas
