I'm using the iatlas in a paper.. and in a question like: which TCGA study has the highest (CD8 T cell estimates or which study has the highest leukocyte fraction) I found myself really wanting to reorder the boxplots / violin plots so I could see the ranking across studies... and see where my study of interest was in relation to others...
Also, in modules like immunomodulators, where we show violin plots, mousing over them does not show any values, and in the boxplots, there are often so many points, I can't see the where the median is.
It would be nice if the mouse over showed the median value and the study name. and again, I want to reorder the plots to see the ranking across groups. what's highest? what's lowest? kind of hard to tell right now.
