A new setup for
NumeraiClassicDownloaderwith dynamic dataset version support. Release of subsequent dataset like 4.4, 5, etc. do not require manual updates if the same filename format persists (v4.3/live_int8.parquet,v4.3/live_example_preds.parquet, etc.).
