Hi,

I am having real trouble with getting citr to work for me. I had used it about a year ago and no problems I've recently tried to install it again and just cannot get it to work.

It installs fine and shows as an addin. I can load it as long as I have no YAML directing to a bib file. But as soon as I either direct it to Zotero 'connect and load libraries' or it detects a bib file in YAML it crashes R.

I'm running R 4.0.2, have installed the latest version of citr via install.github
I've attempted to reinstall R and rstudio with no help.

Any suggestions?

Best,
Richard

I am having the same issue. When I direct it to Zotero 'connect and load libraries' it aborts my R session. R version 4.0.2, citr version 0.3.2.

Thanks for the report. Would you be willing to share your bib-file so I can take a closer look?

Have you tried these settings? Could you share the exact error message?

Thanks for sharing your Bib-file. I can confirm that it also crashes my R session. I'll try to look into it.

Some entries in your file have long abstracts, which are know to cause problems. Could you try reexporting the file without the abstracts and notes as explained here?
